How can person go and contest in any constituency. Only full time residents of the constituency can contest for election in constituency. All western countries have very good rule and regulations and moreover peoples are matured. This dirty Indian politics of taking revenge sucks. There is no value, dignity, respect but just spend money and win election. That is why Sonia and Indira came to Karnataka to win election by cheating and bribing peoples. This the Irony of our country. India cannot become developed & rich state like USA, UK as long these things are happening. God only save poor guys. That is many peoples migrating to other countries like UK and USA.
