Instead of positioning ourselves at ransom in the hands of Pakistan, why doesn't govt pushes an idea of Burma-India pipeline. Burma is equally gifted in oil resources, only it is far behind Iran in doing the basic exploration and refining. India may actually be in talk with the military junta on similar lines.
