Even if a toilet complex is built in India,it is named after Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, Indira Gandhi or Jawaharlal Nehru.

see the difference..national highways were named as golden quadrilateral after 4/6 laning.
