Why not Mumbai/Chennai/Kolkata/Bagalore because there The police (although just as corrupt as any other part of the country) know that if we keep the crime down in public then no one will point a figure at them. That is the rule of every police force and government in the world. The public like to see visually that something is being done and not on papers. Keep the streets clean and free frpm potjoles and in the process funnel millions of rupees to your swiss account no one will care all the public want is Clean and safe roads and they are getting them. Seeing is beliving That is the reason why Mumbai/Chennai/Kolkata/Bagalore etc have less crime.
