I agree, Gujrat is quite safe for women. So also West Bengal, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka are comparitively safer.
What is really disturbing is degeneration of moral values. If we cannot treat a girl or woman with dignity and respect,we are unfit to be called civilised humans
