Mind your words Mr. Dev Singh! People like you who simply cannot accept the fact that Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam or, for that matter, the non Indo-Aryan languages spoken in the Northeast are national languages of India as well as much as Hindi, and that Hindi has no exclusive or superior claim as a national Indian language, actually betray an extremely intolerant, antinational mindset themselves. And, by the way, did you actually ever ask yourself why the vast majority of antinational elements (incl. many terrorists, communal trouble makers etc.) are native Hindi speakers or native speakers of other Indo-Aryan languages that are closely related to Hindi/Sanskrit? For your kind information, in my personal experience, many villagers in Karnataka, A.P., Kerala or T.N. who have only very rudimentary Hindi knowledge or none at all are in fact far greater Indian patriots than many of their compatriots who speak Hindi and other Indo-Aryan languages fluently. Remember that ACTIONS always speak louder than words, regardless of the language in which they are uttered (=spoken). I therefore feel that it is totally wrong to judge a person's patriotic attitude to India by whether he/she speaks Hindi or not.
