Ka vs Goa over water. - Please elaborate. Ka Vs AP over Almatti- Have a look at the people in NK. Drinking water is a rare commodity. They are not asking for more water to grow rice, as the TN guys do. The crops are low on water consumption too.
Ka vs TN over cauveri- This is the fight for riches and exploitation. TN part of the cauvery basin grows crop which are water intensive such as rice. They belonged historically to a stronger British govt. which got the rules in its favor. Pity nothing much can be changed now.
About the other languages you speak of, you are probably right. Educate me on this, about the %ge of population speaking these languagess, and what the govt has done and what according to you should be done for these languages.
