The states which have developed well from other should accept the people from other state.First of all its India and not Mumbai or Karnataka.One have no right to stop others from doing his job.If instead of Mumbai, Patna have developed then did people from other parts come in search of job.We should make one thing compulsory and that is HINDI.And Terrorists are not only in Karnataka, Mumbai also have many.All over India its a problem now.
