Thats exactly what most educated Indians are shouting about

Thats the major problem in our country and what most learned people seem to be talking about almost every day.

We all know it exists and so do other things like corruption etc. And if anyone can give us a solution that would be great.

Possibly we are doomed to lose our independence again due to such problems.
