1. One butman for 10 JOCs. May be no butman for JCO below age 45 (instead of one butman to One JCO currently )
2. One butman for 3 officers up to Major. May be no butman for Officer below age 35 ( instead of one butman to one officer )
3. One butman for officer above Colonel, as is now.
It is also highly advisable to start a separate service: BUDMAN: like of NCE (Non-Competent Employee) from locals that they shall not move or travel with the units. Serving as Butman should not be eligible for soldier benefits.
At any rate, I think it a cruel fun, HUGE waste keeping over 100,000 butman and I do not think, any way, butman is not at all needed up to rank Major. ( OR EQUALLENT OF MAJOR IN THE NAVY & AIRFORCE )
