Dude, the militants are all Pakistani Punjabis, or brainwashed Kashmiris. Otherwise there would be a mass-movement in Kashmir if the people really felt the elections were manipulated. Since that is not the case, the only conclusion from the more-or-less stable peace in Kashmir is that the people have approved of the election results. As simple as that.
How is the new imposed "prime minister" of "Azad" Kashmir, by the way? Why not call it Azad Punjab, after all, Pakistan has replaced the whole lot with ethnic Punjabis...
