you are right. a terrorist is a terrorist and he must be judged by the law of land... only thing is there must be a fair trial and there should not be any prejudice, there must be a proper representation for every body be it sarabjit or afzal.
innocent blood hurts the entire nation. any person killed without perper justification will bring the whole nations pride down. so we must be just but terrorist should be penulised as per the law or land. no mercy or clemency is required there.
