go to small cities where backward sc st people are still treated harshly. people don't prefer to drink water from their house. will any general category person prefer to marry in lower caste?? people will give dirty expressions, looks when they come to know about a person being a low caste. low caste people prefer not to disclose their caste as doing that they will be treated harshly and humiliated in terms of caste.
first change people thinking then only talk whether quota is right or not.
