This only goes to show why the UPA governance is so bad, corrupt beyond recognition and thought. Until & unless India makes Stronger & Stricter Immigration Rules, it will continue to reel under cross border terrorism. Because of politician's vote bank politics, we are losing "The War On Terror". The Congress has undone POTA enforced by the BJP, Introduced Trains Between India & Bangladesh, Allowed Tibetians to settle in India, Repealed Nuclear Deal with USA, ultimately India's Citizens will have to pay dearly pay for these costly errors.
