If at all the new Maoist Government think that a new treaty is to be drafted or to be amended in the exhisting Treaty then India should be cautious and alert and not bow down to any of the demands which are arbitrary and lead to chaos in both countries. It is also advisable that India restricts its assistance to Nepal in the course of time as I have been residing in Nepal since more then 7 years the attitude of Nepalese towards India and Indians has always remained sour.
