But teh question is that Hyde Act has 2 important provisions viz:
* if India conducts Nuclear test, usa alone can call-off the deal and ask for returning of supplied fuel.
* Reuse ofSpent Fuel is not allowed.

Both the clauses must be removed form the Hyde act if Its meant only for providing the provisions for Nuclear deal, then why these two alauses are there. Rediff stressed on just the layer of the doubt but seems like Rediff reporter didnt have any clue of these clauses. usa as always uses her words very cleverly and if in future deal is called-off, same media and we will blame the govt but we must also know that we ourselves didnt know much.

Untill these two clauses are out, Nuclear deal Mustnt be Accepted by Indian Side and ABOEV ALL, INDIAN SCIENTIFIC AND DEFENCE COMMUNITY MUST AGREE FOR THIS DEAL. WE CANT BELIEVE ON THESE POLITICIANS.
