Whether we like it or not it is ultimately Hyde Act that will govern US nuclear policy with other countries. Let us not be naive or foolish to believe that if for some reason the US-India Nuclear Deal turns sour, India can claim any damage under the 123 Agreement. US will certainly cite Hyde Act and escape culpability. Beggars cannot be choosers & in this deal we know who is the beggar.
