BJP is for the first time not talking about religion. They are planning to give a lot. Why did they not give anything to those where are ruling already like in Gujrat, Rajasthan, MP, chattisgarh. BJP is intelligent. Everytime they come up with new plans to win votes. Anyway, its good that parties like Congress and BJP have started to bring pro poor manifestos.
