So far,no party which came to power either at Centre or any of the states has fulfilled its election promises and the entire election manifesto of any political party in India is just a mockery.Indians have till now blindly believed them,but are no more going to fall pray to their dirty tricks and false promises.And even if they pretend implementing some of them it would just be an eye wash and half hearted only to be withdrawn under one or other pretext. As the elections near,every party is in the habit of promising moon to the electorate,fool them and try to get votes.One cannot fool all people for all times.Indian electorate cannot be wooed any more;awakening has dawn on them.They have seen several parties promising several things only to get disappointed over their choice of entrusting power.It is time now for all political parties to prove their worth & beg people only with reference to the good they did to the people when elected and the possibility & feasibilty of implementation of what they promise in their election manifesto.No party is lacking in making taller promises than those of others & it is no surprise, if Congress, tomorrow itself releases a manifesto promising every thing on the face of earth.Non corruption ,dedication to the service of people & sincerity to the purpose of their being elected are what all people expect from them-not these metre long lists of promises.Let them prove them by their past record.Promising is easy & does not cost.
