We have communists supporting the gvernment.So we can not take a tough stand,with China, even if they claim part of india.Nor can we take tough stand with Pakistan because it hurts some of our minority's religious sentiment.So we dont have any enemy to fight.Why to have such huge army and waste National resource.Disband it and let the country be guarded by our commies and minories volunterily
