umm.. no.. Saddam Hussein had a lot of human rights violations.. The mistake America did is that it waited for toppling him which it should have done back in 1991. Remember that Saddam Hussein was no saint or martyr.
Regarding WMD's, yes, American forces invaded Iraq on false pretexts.
Thirdly, dont classify people or imagine what someone might do in some different context.

I agree with Singh. India has the resources. Why cant we kidnap Dawood if we know where he is? Since When does Pakistan dictate Indias security?
