I do not know what is the need to bring him back. If India knows for sure and Pakistan denies his presence in Pakistani soil, the only need is to kidnap him, interogate and bump him off. No one can allege India of killing him esp Pakistan as anyway he is not present in Pakistan. Whatare we going to do bringing him back to India anyway?
