Congress's CM Candidate (this is pre-election indications, post election reality may be different) is from North Karnataka and he has been representing this part of Karnataka for a long time now and yet the development is almost totally nil. Yet, he has ambitions of becoming the CM should the Congress come to power and chances are that a majority of voters will vote for him.
