It is appalling to see such brainless comments concerning such a serious subject. HIV spreads because stupid, adulterous men transmit it to their wives and other partners after being infected without going for tests or informing their partners about the risk. I also find it offensive to talk of colour of skin. This is the height of ignorance and racism inside a people who are all non white! How stupid can you be to discriminate on skin colour in India! You ignorant fools do not even know that the colour of one's skin is caused by a pigment that protects the skin from the sun's rays. Do you cretins know that if your skin was not dark you'd probably have skin cancer living in a tropical country like India? Can't you see why whites put lotions and creams to protect their skin? HIV is a problem that cannot be underestimated, I for one am glad our government is doing something to protect the rights of the people affected. And if you people had a little sense in your heads, you would too.
