Arun Gawli (erstwhile Gangster???) was extorting money until he became MLA... once he has become MLA, it is not extortion..he is simply doing his job like other MLAs and MPs, Ministers etc. he cannot be arrested or convicted in the name of extortion....elected representatives have the mandate to do such things and they do it very well..
