Abdu Majeed, By eauating Afzal and Sarabjit, you are putting judicial systems of Pakistan and India at par. But that is not true. The judiciary in Pakistan is under overwhelming pressure from the executive there. Look at Chief Justice of Pakistan, Mr. Chaudhary! He was called to army house and given suspension orders and then after when when he was coming out from his house, a police officer grabed him by his hair and pushed in a car. On November 3, 2007, most of judges in Pakistan were given a marching order by just one executive dictate of the President, who himself got elected by questionable means. Now compare this with situation in India and decide yourself how fair Sarbjit's trial could have been in Pakistan.
