Nothing man... 99% of the time a dog is a pet only. This ambassador must have rubbed someone's shoulders the wrong way and those assoles are using the Taliban to do bad things to him. Alternately, he may be a willing partner to get some work done. Or he may simply have been caught by these senseless mindless captors. May God protect him and his family.
