I think this news is baseless from Mumbai/Maharashtra point of view. Otherwise Raj Tahckray who is very sensitive about non-marthis influx in Mumbai and Maharashtra would have raised his voice against it. Or may be his sainiks ( in the group of 10-15) can only beat an unarmed Indian Bihari to prove their bravery!!!
