Scarlette case: Key witness feeling 'stuck' in Goa

Mike should just go to the CBI office in Goa and make a clean breast of the case. Once they have his statement they can let him leave. If they need him again to depose in court they can always get in touch with him. It does not make sense to hold a witness against his wishes and at his expense.
