Well it is like saying Indians taking H1B visa and occupying positions in IT and Pharma companies in USA and creating economic unrest and employment problem for localites there. How is that? At least, in India Tibetians are occupying posts which are not pretty much prominant, where as in US Indians are really making inroads in IT jobs making Americans cry. It is like pot calling kettle black.
