Read report correctly before commenting. they are saying hyde's act is not binding on India and nothing more. They have also addressed concerns to events which made it appear that Hyde's act is binding on India. I think the latest statement comes in the wake of reports which indicate that US asked direct access to Pak's nuclear arsenal
