True. Spare the metros, the traffic sysem in India is utter chaos. The Government instead of giving postmortem help, should actively target the black areas of road transport, like: 1. Raising standards of obtaining license. 2. Compulsory computerised check on public transport vehicles, every year. 3. Greater penalty for traffic wrongs. 4. Improve infrastructure like roads and public transport more. 5. vigilance by squads to check speed and passenger capacity limits of public transport.
