Priyanka should go and talk to the family members of IPKF personnal who died in Jaffna waging somebody else's war. "We the Citizins of India" pay tax to maintain the army to safegaurd our boundaries and not to let them loose their lives waging someone else's war. Sending IPKF was not the decision of the parliment nor the cabinet (he must have later made the cabinet to endorse his foolish decision)and he rightfully paid the price for it.
