it is amazing to see the amount of political and constitutional knowledge that a guerilla leader like Prachanda has. For those like me who thought that Maoists were brainless terrorists, this comes as a very unexpected revelation - just like everything else about this Nepal election.... Wonder how much consitutional knowledge or top level politics and strategy India's Maoists and Naxals know. And if they know that much why don't they simply give up arms...
