Maybe like Swami Vivekandanda you beleive that it is a 'mad house ' Before you spit venom on Jharkand , Chattisgarh etc find out what your state is -100% literate and 200% good for nothing ! When you do that you will lose the urge to spit on Biharis , Rajastanis etc.
