We are the politicians. We nymphets let scoundrels rule us. There are beaches all around India. Why only Goa attracts drug addicts ? Why are there law and order problems in the states along the Gangetic plains like UP and Bihar ? I am not talking about J and K or NE states which border foreign countries and have insurgency problems. Even then Gujarat has other problems but not insugency.
