"In AH 631 he invaded Malwah (Madhya Pradesh, India), and after suppressing the rebels of that place, he destroyed that idol-temple which had existed there for the past three hundred years. "The Sultan reached Jhain (Rajasthan, India) in the afternoon of the third day and stayed in the palace of the Raya.. The idols he saw amazed him ..
