I don%u2019t know how the new development in Nepal can be welcomed by our External Affairs Minister Mr. Pranab as positive. For Mr. Prachanda India was always an expansionist foe. In 1996 the 40 point demand which was submitted by the Maoist headed by Mr. Prachanda to the Nepal Government, in that seven were directed against India. So is it a positive move for India?????
