Myth of Islamic rule in whole of India
by JGN on Apr 14, 2008 02:17 PM

The muslims did not rule whole of India at any point of time. Pl read some more history than what is taught to you in Madrassas.

Btw there is nothing for the Muslims in present day India to be proud of. Once established, the Islamic rulers were also not very different from the Politicans of today. They were only interested in amassing wealth, filling their harems with beautiful women, building monuments, etc.

Had they cared for the common muslims, there was no need for "Sachar Committee" and things like that. As any where else in world, only the poorest of poor and the indefensible get affected in any aggression. The majority of Muslims in India were dalits and other lower castes from the native religions and as such the condition of muslims are also not very different from them.
