The Manusmriti & the Indian Constitution
by Bashir on Apr 12, 2008 03:55 PM

As a layman I would like to make a point. The ancient law book for the Hindus Manusmriti is labelled as being discrinative i.e. the Law book discrminate giving rise to the Caste System, about which much has been written. 2000 years later the Indin Consttution was written and Lo & Behold it is as discriminative as the Masnusmriti. Only this time it is the other way round. They call it positive iscrmination, but discriination it is. Positive discrimination is like Honour killing, both claim to do Bad for the Greate Good of things.
The KORAN IS AFTER ALL THE ONLY REAL LAW.
