Supreme court has been arm twisted and rendered powerless. It is scared to do the justice and giving way to bizzare interpretaion.
If there is any sense of justice left it should imemdiately remove graduate students and son's of graduated from educationally backward.
How can some one who is born to a graduate or himself a graduate be educationally backward? This means that there can be no reservation in Post Graduate courses like IIM and AIIMS.
