Because of folls like you SC/ST guys are sufferring. The available seat in Professional courses is only enough for all educatable age SC/STs. So 100% reservation should be given to them and no else should get a chance to study till all of them are learned for 3 generations. Then Most OPPRESSED OBC should get the chance then the medium OPPRESSED OBC and so on.
