If it is education that is the imediment, then I submit that education be made free all the way till end of high school, making it afordable and giving all the equal opportunity to educate themselves. Also as the Apex court has observed, if the benefits of this affirmative action should reach the real needy the creamy layer should be excluded, which is welcome -- they can use thier means to go to any institution of thier choice including foreign ones.
Albeit entitled to your opinon, I respectfully submit that ir borders hate and fundamentalism -- something that the society is trying hard to get away from.
Also if the ballot proves your contentions, in a democracy that will be respected. However the constitution and the law should not be subverted to achieve narrow aims.
