You seem to have a mental block about caste system. Today's reservation policy is based on caste system but why can't the basis of reservation be changed? Why cant it be made purely on the basis of economical status of a person, irrespective of his/her caste and community? You dont want this to happen bcause you are afraid of losing the advantage of reservation if there is no criteria of caste in it. If you are honestly keen on getting rid of caste system, then you should support the economic criteria without hesitation. Do you have the guts?
