This doesn't mean the Nation doesn't has any weaker section people at present. There are weaker sections, please identify them and provide them a better future instead of suppressing the future of youth belonging to OC's. Just think of the total number of student's flying to other countries for higher education. If we look at the statistics its very large and it's been increasing every year. Don't we think India doesn't provide better standards, good quality education? It does but, the meritorious students are not given a proper basis for his survival in this Nation to posses higher education.
