there were so many dalits embracing islam and they know very well that only islam can give the the true equal rights in society as islam doesnt allow the cast system inthe society. i still remember the whole dalit vilage Meenakshipuram in TN during the time if india gandhi embraced islam and then indira tried to lure them back but then did not give up islam as they wanted respect not money. dalits you will find due rights and respect, please embrace islam.
