Paul , China namely Communist. Their economic system totally changed to Capitalism.They are more Capitalist than India. They open their wide open for American and West Europen business. Major business partner is good old USA. With in few years China's political system will change. They will throw the Communist political system out the door. Only in India Communist leaders are taling like they are living in the coldwar era.Chinese leaders dont even talk so nasty and rude about the US. Indian communist are total IDIOTS.
