I dont want to waste space here. Please read Raman's letter to Aamair Khan at least about the kashmir issue to get a few of these points. Briefly, the differences revolve around Ethnicity, demographics, special status for the region, pandit exodus, Pak involvement to an extreme, legal accession instrument and not forceful annexation, etc etc.
