I love, respect and care my mom, at the same time I love, respect and care for all my masis (mother's sisters). I guess Hindi is a national language because of all the languages Hindi is spoken and/or understood by most people. IT's NOT DISRESPECTING ANY OTHER LANGUAGE. Language like Tamil (if I'm right) was taught by ShivJi to one of the Saint. How can it be inferior.
If there is a way to quickly teach majority a language, Sanskrit then may be we can have that as our today's national language.
One way to solve this issue (if you consider it an issue) is to promote interstate marriages.
