Well we have the habit of putting up the blame on every one else for messing up our own table. We should 1)Accept the fact that there are cultural mistakes 2)Constitutional amendments to make it a serious crime to involve in any sort of religion/caste based politics. 3)Governemnt reservations to communities who are backward due to socio-geo-political reasons and not to any one else(Minority Relgion is Not a Reason). 4)Establishment of funds by private charities to help the poor.Alms giving is not governments job
